Acting Skills:
POOR. Kareena Kapoor at her worst. Why is she so excited about every little thing?
Eg.
I: I broke up with someone.
K: Really, how? Tell me e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g!!
Imran Khan is so-so in the movie!
Story-line: complicated mess of What Happens in Vegas and (500) Days of Summer.
Attention to Detail: VERY POOR. Her name's Riana Braganza?! Really? And her preferred language of speaking at home is Hindi. Pure and proper Hindi, I should say. Gah.

TOI-- they screwed up my weekend by giving this piece of shit a 4 star.
Don't know what to write on this movie, so I am taking other people's titles (of their reviews for this movie) and analyzing them:
1. A Refresher (by sasikanth20): And the author already started comparing it with Jab We Met... May be it's like a refresher course.... Karina's character is like Geet (of Jab We Met), and Imran Khan-- the stoney expressioned boy!!!!

The movie starts well but then it seems that the characters are trying to find what they want to do in their life (which has been dealt countless time after 3 Idiots). The girl only wants to be a friend with the guy and she makes him realise how linear and boring his life was with all his family rules. They get married in vegas after getting drunk and then spend time together until their annulment is finalised. Meanwhile guy falls in love but the girl only wants to be his friend. (this is what the movie about until the end). Very few really funny lines and comedy scenes

A fun one time watch .... 2012-02-16
Ek main or ekk tu - my view
Went to see the latest rom com with very limited expectations. Not only was it a copy of an English movie - and very few of the copies are fun, but it had, what looked on surface to be a very straight forward story line.
However, I was pleasantly surprised with the end result. Nice songs, short movie (approximately 2 hours), and a 'surprise' ending, with a mature relationship and believable main characters.
The jokes are funny, and the songs even sound better when you sing along in the hall :)
Definitely better than your average movie fare.
